Best Secured Credit Cards

Discover Card is my favorite for a Secured Credit Card.  If you apply for a regular credit card and Discover turns you down, they will offer you a Secured Card.  

The Discover Secured Credit Card is the only card I know of that has no annual fee and pays you cash back on purchases.
